ListingOS
ListingOS Privacy
ListingOS uses eBay OAuth to connect a seller account, product photos selected by the seller, listing drafts generated from those photos, and seller readiness data required by eBay.
Photos are stored in Cloudflare R2 for listing generation and publishing. Drafts, jobs, publish attempts, and listing references are stored in Cloudflare D1. OAuth state and short-lived session cache are stored in Cloudflare KV.
The optional ListingOS Market beta stores a public listing snapshot plus buyer email identities, verification sessions, inquiry messages, reports, and buyer-requested blocks in Cloudflare D1. Buyer verification is disabled unless a private controlled-demo code is configured; this build does not claim email delivery or a seller inbox.
eBay tokens are stored server-side and are not embedded in the mobile app. The backend sends product photos and marketplace context to the OpenAI Responses API to generate structured listing recommendations.
Publishing with production credentials can create a live eBay listing. ListingOS is an independent seller tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay.
